This is my page dedicated to the Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV show on The WB Tuesday nights at 8. This is a summary of all the episodes of this season so far. It will be added to every week, so check it out whenever you can! Right away I have to thank my friend Violet and my cousin Amy for doing this for me since I have been paying more attention to Angel than to Buffy. We don't know the actual titles yet so for the moment we have given them our own. The ones with really short summaries will be added to later- they just didn't have time to write it all out now. I also added links so you can jump directly to a parallel element on my Angel page (this is especially useful for crossovers!) I hope you find this page interesting and helpful! Also check out:

Ok, if you have never watched Buffy the Vampire Slayer before, you are probably somewhat confused. In the Buffy world, vampires are created by other vampires, like usual. A demon then inhabits the person's body and their soul is lost. Sun and holy water cause them to catch on fire, and a cross will burn them. They do not have reflections in mirrors. They can be killed either by a stake through the heart or with fire. And since there have been vampires, there has been a chosen one, the Slayer. The current Slayer is Buffy, who lives in Sunnydale.

It’s a different world. Buffy and the gang (minus Xander) are at college. Willow is in heaven(just imagine, a library with more than just occult books!) And Oz is doing okay because he knows the campus and is playing with the Dingos. Only Buffy is feeling out of it. She gets into an encounter with a group of surfer-like vampires and doesn’t do very well. She goes to Giles for help who tells her that she is in college now and he can not be there for her all the time. While Buffy is there she find a Brit chick who is wearing one of Giles’s shirts. Feeling depressed Buffy goes to the Bronze and runs into Xander, who just returned from a summer of...stripping? He helps her check out these vampires who have been taking college students every year and then taking all their stuff so that people will think the students have gone home. They do the same thing to Buffy. She and Xander go to the warehouse that the vampires use as a HQ and Xander goes back for weapons and help. He leaves Buffy watching the vampires through a skylight. Until she crashes through it. Xander goes and find Willow and Oz with Buffy’s roomate Kathy, who are trying to figure out if Buffy really left or not. Xander tells them that she did not leave and they go to help her. Meanwhile Buffy is not doing to well in a fight with these vampires. The one leader has broken her arm, or so we think. The gang shows up and helps her and she takes care of the leader. As the gang helps her carry her stuff away they talk about how college is alot like high school and they all can deal with it. While they walk away we see some camofluged figures slinking through the woods.

Buffy is having trouble with her roomate, spunky Celine Dion-loving Kathy. Kathy tags along with her on patrol, where Buffy is attacked by an orangey demon with glowing blue eyes. Later that night she has a dream about that same demon painting strange symbols on her and pouring blood down her throat. That day at lunch she meets a boy named Parker who shows her how to get more food for less money in the lunch line. She goes and sits with her friends including Xander who is visiting his at college friends and eating off of Willow’s plate. Kathy comes up and sits with them which puts a damper on Buffy’s mood. Buffy notices that Kathy is wearing her shirt. That night she has the same dream. The next day Giles comes to the campus and Buffy tells him about her dream. Kathy comes up and they find out that she has been having the same dream. At the dorm Buffy and Kathy are purposley annoying each other. They both have the same dream again that night. The next day Buffy finds Willow and shows her Kathy’stoenail clippings claiming that they are still growing and that is a demon trait and Kathy is a demon. Willow tells her to go to Giles and tell him her discovery. As soon as she gets there Oz, Xander, and Giles tie her up, telling her that she is crazy. But Buffy does convince him to check her bag and find the toenail clippings. Meanwhile two orange demons are raising a bigger stronger demon out of the dust. Buffy gets loose from the ropes the guys have used to tie her up and knocks Oz and Xander out. Then she leaves. She goes and finds Kathy and they fight. Buffy rips off part of her face reveling her as the same kind of orange demon Buffy fought. The demon/Kathy tells Buffy that she left her dimension to go to college but her kind followed her here. She has been stealing Buffy’s soul because her kind recognizes their demons by them not having a soul. Meanwhile Giles has found a spell to return Buffy’s soul to her and he and Willow perform it just as the big demon busts into the dorm. He tells Kathy that she is coming back home and that she is going to be grounded. He takes her away through a portal of some sort. In the end Willow and Buffy end up sharing a dorm.

Buffy is feeling beat up about the whole Parker thing. Her friends try to console her but it does not seem to help. They decide to go to a fraternity scary house/party. Xander invites Anya who says that she is not over him after all. She is having trouble deciding on a costume. Xander and Oz go to help the fraternity brothers with their sound system. The frat brothers are painting a wierd symbol on the floor. They don’t know what it means. While hooking up the sound system Oz gets cut. Some blood gets splattered on the symbol and a wave goes through it, turning a plastic spider into a real one. One of the brothers gives Xander a hard time about not being in college. Halloween comes and the gang meets at the house. Xander is James Bond, Buffy is Little Red Riding Hood, Willow is Joan of Ark, and Oz is God. They walk toward the house where inside it is chaotic. Everyone is running around and screaming. The gang bumps into the camofluge guys but they assume their wearing costumes. Everyone goes into the house. It does not look very scary. They make their way into through the room and are attacked by bats. But after they get the bats off Oz looks down at one of them and finds out they are rubber. Now the gang really wants to find the way up to the party in the attic but they can’t. Willow and Buffy get into a fight. Xander is trying to calm them down but nobody seems to hear him. Outside, Anya comes to the house. She is dressed as a bunny. The door is gone. As she leaves she looks up at the house. She sees a girl screaming and banging on a window upstairs. Then the window disappears from the house. She runs away. Buffy finds a guy hiding in a closet. As they talk to him a plastic skeleton turns real and attacks Buffy with a knife. Buffy fights it off and it turns plastic again. The guy goes back into the closet but suddenly the closet disapears. Willow and Buffy yell at each other some more and then Willow runs off with Oz chasing after her. Buffy gets a crossbow out of her basket and Xander starts to talk to her. But she can not hear him. She is not able to see him either. She walks away with Xander running after her but he looses her. Meanwhile Willow is walking with Oz talking about a guiding spell she can do to help them find their way out of the house. Oz notices that he is becoming a werewolf even though the moon is not full. He ends up scratching Willow and then he runs off so he won’t hurt anyone. Anya has gone to Giles’s house. She tells him what she saw and he gets some supplies and the leave. Buffy is walking around the house. She falls out a door to the basement. Willow tries her guiding spell. The little lights she conjures up suddenly multiply and she can’t get them under control. Oz is holed up in one of the bathrooms trying to keep himself from changing. Xander sees himself in a mirror and behind him some bleeding head scares him off. Buffy is in the basement where these zombies come out of the ground and try to grab her. She runs to a small door and ends up in the attic. Oz, Willow, and Xander are there too. Outside Giles and Anya look at the side of the house. There is no door so Giles pulls out a chainsaw and gets to work. In the attic the gang meets up. They see the symbol on the floor and the book that it was copyed out of. Willow reads it and they find out that it is a summening spell for a fear demon. It is trying to come into being. Suddenly Giles and Anya burst in. Giles trys to find a way to stop the spell. Buffy, thinking it will stop the spell, breaks the symbol. But that brings the demon there. The demon comes out. Xander, tired of feeling like a nobody, takes a job as the local bartender. Buffy is still feeling bad about the whole Parker thing. She keeps seeing him with other girls and tries to rationalize his leaving her, but seems to know that she is wrong. She ends up at the bar when Xander works. Meanwhile Willow and Oz are at the Bronze. Oz is acting a little strange, as if he is sensing something. He seems to be paying a lot of attention to a band’s female lead singer, Veruca. Back at the bar, Buffy talks to Riley and sees Parker, who is cuddling with some girl in a booth. As she turns to leave, four guys come up to her and ask her to drink with them. She does and they stay until closing time. The next morning Willow notices that Buffy’s brain is not really functioning on a higher level. The next night Buffy goes and drinks with the guys again. They are all acting like cave men. During this time Willow sees Oz and he says that she has not been answering his calls. He is going to see Veruca’s band play again. She declines going, saying that she is going to go study at the library. She goes to the coffee house where she meets Parker. She talks to him, telling him that she does not like the way he has treated Buffy, and he starts to tell her his reasons. Back at the bar Xander finally tells Buffy to go home. She does, but is not happy about it. The other four guys suddenly look very prehistoric. One of them knocks Xander out. When he wakes up the guys/cavemen are sniffing him. He keeps them back with his lighter and they run out the door. Xander goes and tells the bar owner, who replies that they had it coming. He tells Xander that his brother, a warlock, has been teaching him how to mix stuff into the beer to turn the college kids into cavemen. He says it will wear off in a day or two, but Xander realizes that he served the beer to Buffy and runs out. Meanwhile, the cavemen are running around the campus. One of them is hit by a car. The other three run after some girls. Back at the coffee house, Parker is talking to Willow. His philosophy is that two people can just have sex and then get on with their lives. Willow looks like she understands. He moves close and tells her that she is the only girl he has ever been able to really talk to. Willow nods and then asks him, "Just how gullible do you think I am?" She tells him off since she knows it is all an act. Then the cavemen burst in and knock Willow and Parker unconscious. Giles and Xander find Buffy who is acting very much like she is still in the stone age. They try to keep her in one place but she runs out the door and they go after her. At the coffee house the cavemen are building a fire that gets out of control and traps. Xander finds Buffy, who then sees the smoke of the building on fire. They both run to help and Buffy breaks an upper window to help the cavemen crawl out. She carries Willow out, who is still unconscious. Parker has just woken up and asks Buffy for help. She knocks him out with a stick and then carries him out. The gang puts the cavemen in a parked van and the firemen put out the rest of the fire. Parker comes up to Buffy, asking to start over, and she gives him the answer he deserves- she knocks him out.

At the beginning, Spike is watching Buffy and is shot and captured by the commando dudes, and dragged off. The next day Willow notices that Oz is paying a lot of attention to Veruca, the lead singer of the band he was watching before. He loves Willow a lot but seems to be looking at Veruca a lot. It is the first of the three nights of the full moon but Willow does not go to lock him up because she has a witch thing that night. Oz puts himself into his cage, and that night he gets out. The psychology teacher, Ms. Walsh, is walking outside at night when Oz, as a werewolf, starts chasing her. Trying to escape, she runs right into another werewolf! Both werewolves run into each other and start, wellÖ we are not exactly sure what they are doing but they are together. The next morning Oz wakes up in the woods next to Veruca. She says she is a werewolf too but she does not have a cage. They get their clothes back on and Veruca tries to convince him to be with her now. Thinking of Willow, he says no. She seems really into being a wolf and talks about being it all the time, instead of just three nights a month. Oz leaves and later Willow comes to Oz’s room. She starts to kiss him but he is too guilty about the night before and tells her that he is too tired for anything. Willow leaves abruptly. In school Buffy hears Ms. Walsh talk about being attacked by two wild dogs the night before and realizes she is talking about werewolves. Buffy talks to Giles and then Oz who is busy repairing his cage. He does not tell her about Veruca but Buffy realizes something is wrong. Willow goes to Xander, hoping he can help her understand what is happening with Oz. Xander just tells her to talk with Oz to find out what’s wrong. The sun is setting and Oz calls Veruca down to his cage. He tells her to get in the cage with him because he knows Buffy will be out looking for a werewolf tonight. Veruca tells Oz how she wanted him before she even saw him because she sensed him. Oz kisses her and they both go into the cage. The moon rises and they turn into werewolves. The next morning Willow goes down to the cage and finds them together. Oz wakes up and tries to explain but Willow doesn’t believe him. She tells him that he shouldn’t have done this and that he could have told someone about Veruca being a werewolf too. She runs off to town and walks right into the road. A car almost runs her down, but Riley grabs her before it hits her. Buffy is there and she takes Willow back to the dorm room. After hearing Willow’s story, she goes out to hunt Veruca. Worried for Willow’s safety and sanity, Buffy tells her to place the blame where it belongs and to not hurt herself. As soon as she leaves Willow pulls out her magic stuff. Buffy goes to Oz’s room and asks where Veruca is, but he says he doesn’t know. He thinks he can probably track her and offers to help Buffy. He tries to explain what happened, but Buffy tells him not to talk. It is easy to see that she is angry. Back in the chemistry lab Willow is mixing up a potion. She is planning to set an evil spell on Veruca and Oz. As she prepares her spell, Buffy and Oz track Veruca through the woods. They find a pile of clothes and Buffy realizes that they are probably there to throw Oz off the scent. Oz realizes that Veruca is after Willow and goes to find her. Buffy follows him and bumps into one of the solider guys. Willow is about to finish her spell but realizes that she can not harm Oz so she stops the spell. Veruca walks in and hits her. Oz bursts in and tells Veruca not to touch Willow. The sun goes down and he and Veruca both start to change into werewolves. Still in the woods, Buffy grabs her gun and hits the commando guy. Back in the college, Oz and Veruca are almost fully changed into wolves and Oz attacks her. As they fight they change fully and Oz ends up killing Veruca. Then he starts to go after Willow. He almost gets her, but Buffy catches up and shoots him with her tranquilizer gun. The next day Buffy tells Giles about the commando guy she saw in the woods. Willow goes to see Oz and finds him packing up his stuff. He tells her that he is leaving because he does not know anymore where he ends and the wolf starts. He tells her he loves her, hugs her, and then goes off to his van. He gets in a hesitates for a moment, and then, almost crying, he leaves.

"The Gentlemen" come to Sunnydale, steal everyone's voices, and start harvesting hearts. The Slayerettes must communicate through hand gestures, which is pretty funny. Buffy and Riley are both fighting the Gentlemen so naturally they end up fighting together, leading to awkward silence between the two even after the spell is broken. I thought this was a really cool episode, and a bit scary too!
Back to Top | Angel- Episode 10
Aired January 18.
This episode picks up where the last one left off, with Buffy and Riley trying to figure out what they should do now. She has already figured out that he is one of the "commando guys" that captured Spike, but he is clueless when she tells him she is The Slayer. As he is leaving they have an earthquake, leaving him excited but scaring Buffy. Willow comes in after he leaves and invites Buffy to a party, but she declines and goes to talk to Giles instead. Buffy thinks that the earthquake signals the end of the world as well as her untimely death (again) like the last earthquake they had (first season- long story). Giles tells her that she is overreacting, given the fact that they live in southern California. At the party, Willow goes to lay down in an empty room after hearing Percy the football player call her a nerd. While she is there the electricity comes back on, revealing a dead guy next to her, drained of all his blood and with a strange symbol carved on his chest. After consulting with Giles they learn that yes indeed the world is ending again. They find out that the demons are going to open the Hellmouth and go to stop them. Riley comes along during the battle and helps, and they all save the world again. Yay! Oh and Spike learns that he can kick demon butt and has a lot of fun doing it. "Vampires ARR nasty! Let's KILL something!" Yeah we all love Spike.

Ethan Rayne is in town again, supposedly to warn Giles that The Initiative is unbalancing the different worlds. Secretly he turns Giles into a weird, unintelligible demon whom Buffy then hunts down. They run all over and Giles is very annoyed. Oh yeah, and Spike rocks like usual. That's all!
